Maples Finance, the fund administration business of the international law firm, is expanding its fund services offering in Luxembourg.

Maples Finance can now offer a full range of fund administration, registrar and transfer agency services in Luxembourg. It opened its office in 2007 and has been operating as a licensed domiciliation agent since then. The new services will be available to locally listed and domiciled funds.

Maples Finance services $30 billion in investment fund assets globally.

Luxembourg is one of Europe's largest fund domiciles which makes it an important market for Maples Finance, according to Tim Davies, senior vice president and head of the Luxembourg office.
